  Initial meeting, walk through of the home is   FREE!!!!!         

 

      At no charge to you I will come to your home or business to meet. If we both feel that we would be a good fit we will then                                take care of formalities such as:

        -Paperwork ( exchanging contact information, going through the service agreement together etc. )

        -Do a walk through of the home or business   

        -Talk about any questions and concerns that may come up                                                 

        -And simply get to know each other a bit

                                                                 

 

  Cleaning: 

 

        -$25 per hr  ( +$0.60 per mile if travel distance exceeds more than 30 miles )

        -$20 per hr for clients 65 or older

                                     

            Services include:

                                                     

                                                                                                  - Dusting 

                                                                                                  - Removal of cobwebs

               -Wiping down of all points of contact such as :   - Shelving

                                                                                                   - Counter tops

                                                                                                   - Cabinet doors and handles

                                                                                                   - Drawers and handles

                                                                                                   - Doors and door knobs / handles

                                                                                                   - Light switches and outlets

                                                                                                   - Railings

                                                                                                   - Outside of Appliances 

                                                                                                   - Sinks 

                                                                                                   - Bathtubs and showers inside and out

                                                                                                   - Toilet bowl Inside and outside 

                                                                                                   - Toilet water tank all around if accessible 

                                                                                                   - Ceiling fans and light fixtures  if accessible 

                                                                                                   - Sweeping

                                                                                                   - Vacuuming

                                                                                                   - Mopping

                                                                                                   - Tidying of the home 

  Details of the client's needs will be discussed at the meeting to ensure I meet all of the expectations.  

  For a 1 time cleaning I provide a very detailed checklist so the clients can choose what they want done.                                                                                   

           

              Items that must be provided by the client ( unless otherwise discussed ) are:      

                                                                                            -Mop   

                                                                                            -Broom   

                                                                                            -Vacuum   

                                                                                            -Toilet brush

                                                                                            - Step ladder

  I also offer my services on an as needed basis.

  Please keep in mind that there are MANY different ways to clean. Depending on how detailed you want things done, it can be a VERY      LENGTHY  process. 

  Examples of different types of cleaning are: 

  - Just quick wiping of all accessible surfaces. ( no moving of decorations, pictures, toys etc.)

  - Wiping of all surface including moving things off counters etc 

  - Addressing stains and residue such as soap scum in bathrooms while cleaning. 

  I ask a lot of questions when meeting with you to ensure that I meet all your needs.

  Permanent cleaning clients get a notebook that will stay at their home. I asked that the client leave it out prior to my visits together with      the agreed upon method of payment. We use this to write notes to each other such as, that day's charge, reminder of the next scheduled    visit and other things like notifying if the client is low on cleaner etc. It is a great way to communicate and work around the client's busy      schedule. 

  The client gets to choose from 2 different options for cleaners:

     - Client supplies all the cleaners

     - I supply the cleaners. ( Add $10 to the total amount at every other visit to cover the cost of cleaners )

 

  Businesses are welcome to use my services as well. Depending on their needs I am willing to adjust my rates and write out a contract      specific to their needs! This may require a 2nd meeting ( free of charge ) after the initial one to hash out the details of their contract. 

  The initial walk through is free of charge for businesses and private clients alike. 

               

  Organizing: 

 

        I specialize in organizing of lightly, to very cluttered homes aka hoarding. Rates are broken down into 2 categories:

                                          A, $35 per hour: Simply a cluttered home. 

                                          B, $45 per hour: Cluttered home with animals.

         In both categories I include teaching the client how to:  -Meal plan, to avoid further purchasing of unnecessary                                                                                                                                                  groceries.

                                                                                                           -Stay organized.

                                                                                                           -Learn basic cleaning skills.

                                                                                                           -Set up a functional every day routine.

  In hoarding cases, I strongly recommend that the client also seeks counseling and has a good emotional support system through                family and friends! 

  If I feel that the client needs more help than I can offer, ( home infested with bugs, not safe to live in ) I may not take the job. 

  I will offer to help the client get the appropriate help needed. 

  Due to the combination of my services, you can easily hire me for cleaning but then utilize my services on a as needed basis to                  get things organized in your home such as closets or cleaning out the garage etc. ($20 upcharge for that specific visit)

  If I am hired to organize a cluttered home, I will help with cleaning tasks such as getting caught up on dishes etc. 

 

 There are contracts available for the services I offer, that have to be read and signed by both parties before services can begin. 

 Extra perks that I offer:

    -I send out appointment reminders.

    -There are several special promotions throughout the year that save you money!

    -Frequent contact with the clients to be sure their needs are met.

    -$5 instant savings on a visit for a referral.

    -Charging an hourly rate enables me to change up what I'm cleaning at every visit depending on the clients needs at each visit.
